I want to return my product, which products can I return?
You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the day you receive it from the courier, under the following conditions, by sending a message to the Customer Service via our website. In case of defective or incorrect product delivery, you can return the product free of charge. In other cases of return, the handling charges are reflected to the customer. The promotional and campaign products of the product you will return, given as a gift, must also be returned at the same time. The conditions under the return are as follows; Returns must be made with the original box/packaging and invoice. All standard accessories must be sent undamaged and in their original packaging. Promotional and campaign products given as gifts must also be sent with their original packages. Products that are prepared in accordance with the special requests of the consumer or clearly personal needs of the consumer, which are not suitable for return due to their nature, are in danger of spoiling quickly or are likely to expire, cannot be returned.
I want to return my product, what should I do?

How can I reach the cargo company and deliver the product?
You have to send the order back to us with the cargo you received. It is sufficient to indicate to the cargo officer that the recipient is the COMPANY NAME at the shipping stage. You can also request a Courier by calling the call center of the cargo company.
How will I follow the process after sending the product?
After your product is received by us, its packaging, accessories, invoice will be checked and information regarding the approval status of the return transactions will be sent to your e-mail address within the scope of the above-mentioned return conditions. In case the return process is approved; In line with your preference in the return application, the “product price” will be refunded to you within 3 working days.
If your return does not comply with the return conditions; The relevant product will be sent to your address with free shipping.
When and how can I get the money back for the product I returned?
If the product/products you send are approved by us; In line with your payment preference in the return application, the “product price” will be refunded to you within 3 working days from the confirmation notification sent to your e-mail address.
I want to change my product, what should I do? In which cases can I exchange a product?

The product I just bought is defective/defective, what should I do?
You can apply to us within 30 days of receiving the product for any malfunction/defect problems you experience with your product. If the product is found to be defective/defective, in line with the inspection report to be given by the team, within 20 working days from the receipt by the control team, action will be taken. However, if the malfunction/defect in your product is detected as “user error”; no refund will be applied.
My product was damaged during delivery, what should I do?
If the product you receive is ‘damaged’ or its packaging is ‘deformed’, a ‘Cargo Damage Determination Report’ is required. Otherwise, your ‘damage notification’ for your product will not be accepted.
